PROCLAMATION NO 151/1999 A PROCLAMATION TO DISSOL VB THE ETHIOPIAN FILM CORPORTATION WHEREAS, it has become necessary to dissolve the Ethiopian Film corporation established by Proclamation No. 306/1986; NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55(1) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows: 1. Short Title This Proclamation may be cited as the "Ethiopian Film Corporation dissolution Proclamation No. 151/1999."

2. Dissolution 1) The Ethiopian Film Corporation established by proclamation No. 306/1986 is hereby dissolved. 2) Articles 41,42,43,44 and 45 of Proclamation No. 25/ 1992 shall apply with respect to the dissolution of, and auditing of the accounts of the Corporation. 3) The powers of the supervising Authority specified in the public Enterprises proclamation No. 25/1992 shall be exercised by the Ministry oflnformation and Culture with respect to the dissolution of, and auditing of the accounts of the Corporation.
