XLD'S PROGRAMME FOR GRADUATES Our Programme for Graduates assists employees in gaining the competencies important for their successful performance as they move up the corporate ladder. While work experience brings know how and self awareness, the framework of a structured business education can prove to be a force multiplier, providing crucial insights and revealing new found opportunities for professional and corporate success. This programme is in line with our philosophy of hiring by assessing an individual's potential to drive the business tomorrow. This programme works in two ways: •

Employees choose the programme and the institute for post graduate degree.

Employees join Company sponsored UGC and globally recognized Executive MBA degree from ITM.

Irrespective of the option that you choose, the process for reimbursement remains the same: •

Apply for Graduate Programme in the prescribed form after completing 3 months with the organization.

Maintain high performance standards during the entire tenure with XLD and of course, perform well in studies.

•

Pass the course successfully and get reimbursed upto INR 3 Lacs. The amount of reimbursement will depend on the tenure of the course.

Please note that we are very keen that the graduates study relevant course (duration of not less than two years) in Finance which is related to the Financial Analyst's role from a reputed institute. The courses may be completed through traditional classes or through non-traditional programs such as on-line or other distance-learning programs.
