The Federationsstressedthat it is absolutely'riecessarythat the cadre is revised in the ratio of 7Q:20:20:50as was unanimously agreedand ricomnienola by the roi"t I Co*111iur.. Board (FC) statedthat the cadre structureas recommendediy tfr. Committee if agreedand implemented will result in double or even triple jump in cenain cases which may not be administratively desirable. However, considering the-Federations, contention about the iarbships faced by th: Tryckmen category, revision ii percentage ttre !9i"e distribution in Track Maintainerru & Track Maintainer-rV categories may be considered. The General Secretaries of the Federationshowever raised strong objection on this suggestionand insisted that revision is very essentialin the higher gradesofthe cadrei.e. Track Mainiainer-I & Track Maintainer-tr. . Addl' Mem-ber(Sta0 intervened and stated that as was suggestedin the CRC meeling, a viable solution at this junchre would be to considerrevising the per#ntage distributioa of the cadre of Track Maintainersin the ratio of 6:12:22:60in lieu of thi existingZ:aizn:zt. Board (FC) agreed to this suggestion. Although the Federationsinsisted for the percentageof disfibution as per recommendation of the Joint Committee especially for La% b Track vtaintainer Grade-I, but rtnally it was that presently 6% (six percent) may be given to Track Maintainer - I category and after 2 (two)"grr;J years to dateof approvalcommunicatedby Board (17.05.2012),this percentage would againbe reviewed upwardly. It was agreedto processthe matteraccordingly. :Frt *:F
