NFIR invites kind attentionof the Railway Board to the RecordNote of discussions held by ED/PC-[ with the NFIR on0410212015 on its PNM Item No. 212011regardingcareer growth of Chemical and Metallurgical Assistant Gr. I & II recruited through RRB with the qualification of M.Sc (Chemistry)/B.Tech. (Met. & Chemical) for allotment of Grade Pay Rs. 4600/- in PB-2 - Rs. 9300-34800,wherein Railway Board had asreedto send elaborate note to the 7rhCentralPay Commission. In this connection,NFIR desiresto statethat since the Federationis requiredto give Oral Evidencebeforethe Chairman/7thCPC on 13th& 14thApril, 20 15 as per communication received from the Secretary/7'hCPC, for all categoriesof Ruil*uy employeesincluding Chemical and Metallurgical Assistants, it will therefore be necessaryfor the Federation to presentthe instant case of CMA/Gr. I & il in its proper perspectivefor which Board's proposalwill be quite useful and handy NFIR therefor0,requeststhe Railway Board to provide copy of the proposal sentto 7th CPC to the Federationat an early date for presentingthe casebefore 7'n CPC.
