Kind attention is invited to the Record Note of discussions held on eight items on 0L/ IO/20I5 under your Chairmanship. While one item has been settledand ordersissuedby the Railway Board the remaining issues are continued unresolved. In this context Federations bring to you kind notice that the National Joint council of Action (NJCA) has submitted 26-point charter of Demands to the cabinet secretary,Governmentof India, New Delhi on lr/r212015 with specialrequestthat the demandsshould be got resolvedthrough negotiatedsettlementby first week

of February2016. It

was al$o conveyed that Central Govemment Employees @ailways & others) will be compelled to servestrike Notice to go on Indefinite shike from I't week of March20l6in the eventof no negotiatedsettlementon the Charterof Demands. The Railway issues although agreedupon have not been finalized which is causing grave concem and disappointnent among employees. The retrograde recommendationsof 7tr CpC have generatedanger among all categoriesof Railway employees. We therefore, request you to kindly seethat the Railway Miirisfty takes initiative to settle all issues through negotiations at the earliest. While thanking the Railway Ministry for Hon,ble MR's communication to the Union Finance Minister seeking approval for exempting Railway employees from NPS, we specially request the Railway Minishy to expedite the case for obtainin! approval of the Govenrment of India.
