Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the following posts to be filled purely on contractual basis (temporary) to assist RCI in better implementation of the scheme of the North East. 1.

Consultant : No. of Posts – 2 (1-Guwhati & 1-Imphal) (Consolidated Monthly Remuneration Rs.35000)

Educational Qualification & Experience: Master’s Degree in RCI recognized qualification OR Bachelor Degree in RCI recognized qualification with 5 years of experience in relevant field. Nature of Duties: Liasioning with states of North-East, giving wide publicity of RCI, implementation of schemes of RCI and any other activities related to the Council. The contractual engagements are full time & purely temporary. The engagement will be initially for a period of 06 months, extendable from time to time depending upon the performance, requirement and availability of funds. The person engaged under the Project shall have no claim either implicit or explicit, for his/her absorption or regularization in RCI. The envelope should be subscribed as “Application for the post of Consultant” Officers/officials retired from Central Govt. Ministries/Departments, Statutory/Autonomous bodies especially from National Institutes of DEPwD, GoI/Universities/PSUs/Recognized Research/Educational Institutions will be preferred. Persons with Disabilities are encouraged to apply. The maximum age shall not be more than 60 years as on the last date for receipt of applications. Age may be relaxed in exceptionally deserving candidates and can be allowed to work upto the age of 65 years.
