Key messages
เราคาดว่า SAMART จะพลิกมาเป็ นขาดทุนสุ ทธิ 137 ล้านบาทในปี 2560 จากผลขาดทุนของธุรกิจขาย เครื่ องมือถือที่ดาเนิ นงานโดย บมจ. สามารถ ไอ-โมบาย (SIM.BK/SIM TB) โดยเราได้ปรับลดประมาณการปี 2560 - 2561 ลง เนื่องจากผลขาดทุนที่สูงเกินคาดใน 1H60 และการรวมธุรกิจใหม่ของ SIM (Trunk radio) เข้า มาไว้ในประมาณการของเรา หลังจากที่เราได้ปรับ ประมาณการลงแล้ว ทาให้ราคาเป้ าหมายกลางปี 2561 ของเราลดจากเดิม 14.60 บาท เหลือ 14.30 บาท แต่ยงั มี upside อีก 11% จากราคาปัจจุบนั นอกจากนี้ยงั มี upside จากธุรกิจใหม่ของ SIM (Tower Co.) และธุรกิจพลังงาน ของ SAMART ซึ่ งยังไม่ได้รวมไว้ในประมาณการของ เรา ดังนั้นเราจึงยังคงคาแนะนาให้ถือ SAMART

Event บริ ษทั จัดประชุมนักวิเคราะห์รอบ 2Q60 lmpact SIM เป็ นตัวฉุ ดผลประกอบการใน 2Q60 SAMART พลิกมาเป็ นขาดทุนสุทธิ 153 ล้านบาทใน 1H60 เนื่องจาก i) รับรู ้ผลขาดทุนจากธุรกิจมือถื อ บมจ. สามารถ ไอ โมบาย (SIM.BK/SIM TB) ประมาณ 340 ล้านบาท ii) กาไรที่รับรู ้จากธุรกิจ ICT solution และโครงข่ายของ บมจ. สามารถเทลคอม (SAMTEL.BK/SAMTEL TB) ทรงตัวอยูท่ ี่ 42 ล้าน บาท iii) รับรู ้กาไรจากธุรกิจ call center ของ บมจ. วันทูวนั คอนแทคส์ (OTO.BK/OTO TB) แค่ 7 ล้าน บาทเท่านั้น ในขณะที่ส่วนแบ่งกาไรจากธุรกิจอื่น (บริ ษทั ในเครื อที่ไม่ได้จดทะเบียนใน ตลท.) เพิ่มขึ้น เป็ น 103 ล้านบาท คาดว่ากาไรจะกลับมาโตอีกครั้งในปี 2561 ถึงแม้วา่ แนวโน้มผลประกอบการของ SAMART จะดูดีข้ ึนใน 2H60 จากกาไรที่เพิ่มขึ้นของ SAMTEL และธุรกิจการบริ หารเส้นทางจราจรทางอากาศที่กมั พูชา (Cambodia Air Traffic Service-CATS) ตาม ปั จจัยด้านฤดูกาล แต่ก็ยงั ไม่เพียงพอที่จะชดเขยผลขาดทุนจาก SIM และหนุนให้ผลประกอบการปี 2560 พลิกมาเป็ นกาไรได้ เราเชื่อว่าผลประกอบการของ SAMART จะพลิกมาเป็ นกาไรได้ในปี หน้าเนื่ องจาก i) ธุรกิจขายเครื่ องมือถือของ SIM จะมีความสาคัญน้อยลง ในขณะที่ธุรกิจใหม่ (โครงการ Trunk radio) น่าจะเริ่ มสร้างรายได้ต้ งั แต่ปี 2561 เป็ นต้นไป และ ii) รายได้จากธุรกิจอื่นๆเพิ่มขึ้น ปรับลดประมาณการปี 2560-2561 ลง จากผลขาดทุนที่สูงเกินคาดใน 1H60 ทาให้เราปรับลดประมาณการปี 2560 เป็ นขาดทุนสุทธิ 137 ล้าน บาท จากเดิมที่คาดว่าจะขาดทุน119 ล้านบาท และปรับลดประมาณการกาไรสุ ทธิ ปี 2561 ลง 16% เหลือ 135 ล้านบาท โดยเราได้ปรับสมมติฐานหลักดังต่อไปนี้ i) ปรับลดประมาณการกาไรของ SIM จากเดิมที่ คาดว่าจะขาดทุนสุ ทธิ 498 ล้านบาทในปี นี้ และขาดทุนสุ ทธิ 301 ล้านบาทในปี 2561 เป็ น ขาดทุนสุทธิ 1.1 พันล้านบาทในปี นี้ และ ขาดทุนสุ ทธิ อีก 738 ล้านบาทในปี 2561 พร้อมทั้งได้รวมโครงการ trunk radio เข้าไว้ในประมาณการปี 2561 ด้วย และ ii) ปรับลดค่าใช้จ่าย SG&A/ยอดขาย ในปี 2561 ลงจาก 15% เหลือ 14% Valuation and action หลังจากที่เราได้ปรับประมาณการลงแล้ว ทาให้ราคาเป้ าหมายกลางปี 2561 ของเราซึ่งคานวณโดยวิธี Sum of the Part (SOTP) ลดลงจากเดิม 14.60 บาท เหลือ14.30 บาท (อิงจากราคาเป้ าหมายของ SAMTEL ที่ 15.10 บาท และของ SIM ที่ 0.58 บาท) ดังนั้น เราจึงแนะนาให้ถือ SAMART โดยเรายังไม่ได้รวม upside จากธุรกิจใหม่ของ SIM (Tower Co) และธุรกิจพลังงานของ SAMART เข้าไว้ในประมาณการ กาไรและราคาเป้ าหมายของเรา Risks รายได้ของ SAMTEL ต่ากว่าที่คาด และรับรู้ ผลขาดทุนจาก SIM เพิม่ ขึน้ Key financials and valuations Revenue (Btmn) Gross Profit (Btmn) EBIT(Btmn) Net Profit (Btmn) Normalized Profit (Btmn) EPS(Bt) DPS(Bt) EPSgrowth (%) P/E(x) P/B (x) EV/EBITDA (x) Net debt/Equity (x) Dividend yield (%) Return on Average Equity (%)
