February 20, 2017 DIVISION MEMORANDUM NO. 33 S. 2017 CONDUCT OF SCHOOLS DIVISION SEMINAR WORKSHOP ON FY 2018 BUDGET PREPARATION AND FY 2017 GUIDELINES ON THE RELEASE OF FUNDS TO:
OIC — Assistant Schools Division Superintendent Office of the Schools Division Superintendent (OSDS) Curriculum Implementation Division (CID) Schools Governance and Operations Division (SGOD) Public Schools District Supervisors Public Elementary and Selected Secondary School Heads (Non- Kis) All Others Concerned
Cognizant to Regional Memorandum No. 085, s. 2017, All Division Office are required to conduct FY 2018 budget preparation entitled "SCHOOLS DIVISION SEMINAR WORKSHOP ON FY 2018 BUDGET PREPARATION AND FY 2017 GUIDELINES ON THE RELEASE OF FUNDS. This initiative aims to : • Prescribe the guidelines, procedures, Budget Preparation (BP) forms to be followed in the preparation of the FY 2018 budget proposal • To provide policies, procedures, rules and regulations on the release and utilization of funds and monitoring thereof for FY 2017 The seminar shall be scheduled tomorrow February 21, 2017 at Dasmarinas National High School Library, Dasmarinas City, Cavite. Registration will commence at exactly 7 o' clock in the morning. 4.
Participants to this activity are the Accountant, Budget Officer, DO Planning Officer, DO GAD Focal Person, HRMO, Selected SGOD Personnel, Secondary Non —IUs School Heads (Langkaan II NHS, Paliparan II NHS, Francisco E. Barzaga NHS), and All Elementary School Heads. There will be no registration fee to be collected. Funds relative to their attendance to this activity shall be charged against division MOOE subject to usual accounting and auditing procedures. Attached to this Memorandum are the matrices of activities, opening and closing program.
