1. Attached is a copy of Regional Memorandum dated August 11, 2015, announcing the schedule and the composition of the Regional Field Technical Assistance Team visit.

2. Relative to this, the Division Field Technical Assistance Team are also tasked by this office to simultaneously conduct the DFTA Team visit in all public elementary and secondary schools on August 19, 2015. This is to ensure that the quality management system established in the division is serving its purpose in strengthening collective accountability.

3. Attached for everybody's guidance is the composition of the DFTA Team.

4. Immediate dissemination and compliance with this Memorandum is desired.

With reference to the Technical Assistance Mechanism Handbook, a clear understanding of the situations and of the clients as well as on the spot assistance are important functions of FTAD. These services of the Regional ETA teams will provide significant information crucial to the articulation of the plans, strategies, decisions and assistance to SDOs. In this regard the Regional Field Technical Assistance Teams will conduct a visit on the scheduled dates as follows:

'Team members will leave the RO on August 24, 2015 at 2:00 pm. This visit aims to: a. assess the Division Technical Assistance Plan (DTAP) and provide TA b. help identify gaps that need TA, Non-TA, prioritized needs and for regional actions c. encourage SDC.)s- TA teams to conduct research-based Technical Assistance for better performance that will lead to Best Practices d. discuss mechanism to enhance the implementation of K-12 and other programs and projects through observation and feedback of the SDO TA Teams e. strengthen enabling relationships on TEA Governance

The Regional Team Leader of each group will confer with their respective assigned Schools Division on the details of the visit. The Chief of the SGDO of the Schools Division is requested to prepare the following: 1. Powerpoint presentation of the Division Field Technical Strategic Plan SY 2015 - 2016 2. Division Monitoring and Evaluation Assessment results "Performance Effectiveness" SY 2014 — 2015 3. List of the Schools Division Needs for TA for Non - TA ; Priority Needs and Needs for Regional Office (RO) actions 4. Venue, sound system and LCD 5. Simple and short Opening Program of which the presence of the SDS/ ASDS is highly appreciated. Attached are the schedule of activities, RFTATeam composition andKey Persons. Traveland other related expenses of the Regional Field Technical Assistance teams will be shouldered by the regional funds subject to usual auditing rules and regulations.For any concerns please consult or inform the Regional Field Technical Assistance Division with tel no. 647 - 74 - 87 or mobile # 09165508055.
