This four- day Training Workshop aims to: 2.1 critic and finalize the continuous improvement projects in accordance with the steps; 2.2 train School Heads and SIP Coordinators on the enhanced SIP process using the principles of adult learning; 2.3 explain the enhanced School Improvement Plan and School Report Cards; 2.4 create the SIP and AIP based from the E-SIP process. Participants to this activity are the division personnel, School Heads and SIP/ CIP Coordinators of schools both Elementary and Secondary. (Please see enclosure no. 1 for the list of participants) Participants are also advised to bring the following 4.a data for simulation and workshops: 4.a.1 Continuous Improvement Projects (hard copy and PowerPoint presentations) and supporting documents 4.a.2 School Report Card (SRC) 4.a.3 Old School Improvement Plan (SIP) 4.a.4 Enhanced Basic Education Information System (EBEls) 4.a.5 School Watching Checklist and Hazard Map and Homework 4.a.6 Accomplished Templates (DepEd Order No. 44 s. 2015) 4.b. laptop, extension cord, and pocket wifi There will be no registration fee to be collected. Funds for this purpose are chargeable against Division MOOE subject to usual accounting and auditing procedures. Attached to this Memorandum are the matrices of activities, opening and closing program. Immediate dissemination of the Memorandum is sincerely desired.
