Senior Lecturer Major Review Checklist The major review dossier submitted to the College of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences Personnel Review Committee contains the following required materials, in the order listed below: ¨ A department chair's evaluation specifically written for the purpose of the major review. ¨ The department review committee's report. ¨ An up-to-date curriculum vitae in approved format, highlighting the review period. ¨ Copies of annual performance reviews (and any documents or information produced in response to such reviews) for the review period. ¨ Summary of student ratings of instruction, in approved format, for the review period. ¨ Evidence of peer evaluation of instruction. ¨ Evidence of service activities and professional development activities during the review period. ¨ Self-evaluation narrative with projected goals. ¨ A list of accompanying supplemental materials. These items - and only these items - are contained in a single 1.5" notebook. Supporting materials, if any, have been submitted under separate cover. My major review dossier includes all required materials listed above.
