Key messages
เราคาดว่ากาไรจากธุรกิจหลักใน 2Q60 จะเพิ่มขึ้นเป็ น 499 ล้านบาท (+191% QoQ, +4% YoY) จากจานวนโรง ภาพยนตร์และผูช้ มที่เพิ่มขึ้น โดยคาดว่ากาไรสุ ทธิจะอยูท่ ี่ 603 ล้านบาท (+130% QoQ, +11% YoY) เพราะมีกาไร จากการขายหุ ้น PVRL ในอินเดีย เราขยับไปใช้ราคา เป้ าหมายกลางปี 2561 ที่ 38 บาท และปรับเพิ่มคาแนะนา จาก “ถือ” เป็ น “ซื้ อ” เนื่องจากคาดว่ากาไรจากการ ดาเนินงานหลักของปี 2560 – 2561 จะโตเฉลี่ยสู งถึง 22% รวมทั้งคาดหมายผลตอบแทนจากเงินปั นผลสาหรับปี 2560-2561 ด้วยอัตราสู งจูงใจที่ 4.2% - 4.5% อีกทั้งราคา หุ ้นเมื่อเทียบกับราคาเป้ าหมายยังมี upside อีกถึง 27%

Event คาดการณ์ผลประกอบการ 2Q60 lmpact จานวนโรงฉายและผู้ชมที่เพิม่ ขึน้ จะช่ วยหนุนกาไรจากธุรกิจหลักใน 2Q60 เราคาดว่ารายได้จากโรงภาพยนตร์ ของ MAJOR ใน 2Q60 จะอยูท่ ี่ 2.3 พันล้านบาท (+49% QoQ,+5% YoY) จากการเติบโตของทั้ง i) ยอดขายตัว๋ ที่เพิ่มขึ้นตามจานวนภาพยนตร์ โปรแกรมเด็ดจากฮอลลีวดู ้ และ จานวนโรงฉายที่เพิ่มขึ้นจาก 2Q59 ที่มีอยู่ 625 โรง เป็ น 689 โรง (+10% YoY) และ ii) ค่าขนมขบเคี้ยว และเครื่ องดื่มที่เพิ่มขึ้นตามยอดขายตัว๋ รวมทั้งรายได้จากค่าโฆษณาที่คาดจะเพิ่มขึ้นตามจานวนโรงฉาย เราคาดว่ากาไรจากธุรกิจหลักจะทาสถิติสูงสุ ดใหม่ที่ 499 ล้านบาท (+191% QoQ, +4% YoY) กาไรจากการขายหุ้นกิจการที่อนิ เดียจะช่ วยหนุนกาไรสุ ทธิใน 2Q60 จากการที่ MAJOR ตั้งเป้ าจะลดสัดส่ วนการถือหุ ้นใน PVRL Limited (PVRL) ซึ่งทาธุรกิจโรงภาพยนตร์ ในอินเดียลง เราจึงคาดว่าบริ ษทั น่าจะรับรู ้กาไรจากการขายหุ ้นบางส่ วนใน PVRL ออกไปใน 2Q60 เนื่ องจากราคาต้นทุนของบริ ษทั อยูท่ ี่ 120 บาท/หุ้น ในขณะที่ราคาตลาดเฉลี่ยใน 2Q60 อยูท่ ี่ 805 บาท/หุ้น ทั้งนี้เมื่อวันที่ 9 พฤษภาคม 2560 MAJOR ถือหุ้นใน PVRL อยูป่ ระมาณ 1.5% ดังนั้น หากเราใช้ สมมติฐานว่าบริ ษทั ขายหุ ้นออกที่ระดับเดียวกับเมื่อ 1Q60 บริ ษทั ก็น่าจะมีกาไรจากการขายหุ้นอยู่ 130 ล้านบาทใน 2Q60 (ก่อนหักภาษี) ซึ่งจะช่วยหนุนให้กาไรสุ ทธิใน 2Q60 เพิ่มขึ้นเป็ น 603 ล้านบาท (+130% QoQ, +11% YoY) คงประมาณการกาไรสุ ทธิปี 2560-2561 ถึงแม้เราจะคาดว่ากาไรจากธุรกิจหลักใน 1H60 จะอยูท่ ี่ 670 ล้านบาท หรื อคิดเป็ น 59% ของประมาณ การปี นี้ แต่เราก็ยงั คงประมาณการกาไรสุ ทธิ ปี FY2560 เอาไว้ที่ 1.1 พันล้านบาท (+28% YoY) เนื่องจาก เรามองว่ามีความเป็ นไปได้ที่กาไรจะมีแนวโน้มลดลงใน 2H60 เนื่องจาก i) กาไรจากธุรกิจหลักของ MAJOR ผ่านจุดสูงสุดไปแล้วใน 2Q60 ii) จะมีการหยุดโฆษณาในช่วงพระราชพิธีพระบรมศพใน 4Q60 ในขณะเดียวกัน เราคาดว่ากาไรจากธุรกิจหลักจะเพิ่มขึ้นเป็ น 1.3 พันล้านบาท (+16% YoY) ตามการ ขยายสาขาโรงภาพยนตร์ Valuation and action เราขยับไปใช้ราคาเป้ าหมายกลางปี 2560 ที่ 38 บาท (คานวณโดยวิธี DCF ใช้ WACC ที่ 6.8%) และปรับ เพิ่มคาแนะนาการลงทุนในหุ้น MAJOR จาก “ถือ” เป็ น “ซื้อ” เนื่องจาก i) คาดว่ากาไรจะเติบโตอย่าง แข็งแกร่ งใน 2H60 จากฐานเปรี ยบเทียบที่ต่าใน 2H59 ii) คาดว่ากาไรจากการดาเนิ นงานหลักของทั้งปี 2560 – 2561 จะโตต่อเนื่ องด้วยอัตราเฉลี่ยสูงถึง 22% iii) อัตราผลตอบแทนจากเงินปันผลปี 2560-2561 ที่คาดจูงใจที่ 4.2% - 4.5% และ iv) ราคาหุ้นยังมี upside จากราคาตลาดอีกถึง 27% Risks รายได้จากการฉายภาพยนตร์ ต่ากว่าที่คาดในปี 2560
