WHAT IS INDUCTION? Induction is a two year formative assessment program to develop new teachers into lifelong reflective practitioners. This researchbased program focuses on the premise of PLAN, TEACH, REFLECT, APPLY, with teachers examining their own classroom practice for the goal of student academic success. SIATech Induction fulfills professional growth requirements for the California Clear Multiple Subjects, Single Subject and Education Specialist credentials. We use a Formative Assessment System (FAS) created by the New Teacher Center.

Our Induction Program is unique from traditional programs in that it is conducted primarily online. Our monthly meetings are virtual rather than classroom based. You can work on the assignments at your convenience and from the comfort of your home.
