Yearbook info: Yearbook classroom candid and group pictures will be taken on Wednesday, January 24th. Students should bring their group shirts to wear for pictures. Also, yearbook order forms are coming home this week. Orders are due on March 2nd.

If you are a 3rd-5th grade girl interested in Girls on the Run, here is a handout for information for registering this spring https://goo.gl/kG3x2J . You should have also received a physical copy of the handout also. Registration ends January 26th.

On January 31st there will be a magic show for the whole family at the Damm Theater starting at 6:30 pm. This is targeted to kids of all ages and all are welcome to attend.

The 2018 Cincinnati REDS Caravan will be making a stop at the Southeastern Indiana YMCA Saturday, January 27th from 4:00-6:00 PM. FREE to all in the community. Bring the whole family and enjoy and an audience Q&A and autograph session. Attendees will have the opportunity to meet broadcaster Marty Brennaman, catcher Tucker Barnhart, minor league outfielder Taylor Trammell, former infielder/outfielder Dmitri Young, Vice President & Assistant General Manager Nick Krall and mascot Gapper.

Keep sending in the plastic lids and caps. Our goal is 825 pounds. We have collected over 280 pounds!!! ●
ISTEP + Countdown: Students in Grades 3-6 will be taking the ISTEP+ Applied Skills portion starting on February 26th. As tradition, we will have ISTEP+ Spirit Days as we lead up to testing. This Friday our Spirit Day is wear camo as “JCDE will be hunting down good scores.” Our ISTEP Countdown is at 36 days until testing
