Pit Pub Project Update: < Sean - new chairs upholstered in vinyl - dark wood, durable, very available, $50 per chair. Will bring some samples for Tom. < $150 club chairs. < Couches - can get off rack. < To be ordered: booths - upholstered benches (2) or booths (5) - voted booths win. < Where we have the changes in the wall because of vents, we will have difference in how much goes out. < Benches and chairs around radius of dance floor. < Two proposals by Shea: 6 tv’s, 8 speakers around bar - $30,800 16 small speakers, installation and cabling $16,000 < Michael - 2 railing proposals: bent railings. selective cuts 1ft wide and 14" deep. Lighting in railing - 3 in short section and 5 in long. < Painting and wainscoting.
