I. Overview of project, timeline, and major deliverables
The long-term goal of this project is the creation of new market opportunities for small and mid-scale farmers through the development of collaborative supply chain links to university food systems.
This project addresses in practical and applied ways the needs of campus community members and small/mid-scale farmers to understand the system, to connect and engage, and to work with partners to develop a campus community that supports local agriculture. 2
