We love Chef Paul Pairet’s Ultraviolet in Shanghai. We have followed it since way before its opening in May 2012. That’s why we were stunned when we saw the recent opening of “the most expensive restaurant in the world” – Sublimotion, by chef Paco Roncero. At first we thought Pairet was involved in this new restaurant because of the identical looks, concepts, design and description. What we learned from him afterwards made us much more shocked. After all, while claiming itself to be “up to now unseen” elsewhere, Sublimotion is a copy of Ultraviolet. This is what we found out:

I can't understand why Pairet or Utraviolet team don't complaint more about this completely plagiarism of Ultraviolet. It's assumed that cooks must be creative but in this occasion Roncero and his team are talking about their expensive "creation" with no shame in front of Ultraviolet . Come on, Let's do it!!
