Approved the minutes as presented
Approved the bills and financial reports as presented
Approved the following donations: $500.00 from the Wauseon VFW to the WPS lunch program to pay for lunches for students who do not have money $500.00 from the Wauseon VFW to the WES/WMS lunch program to pay for lunches for students who do not have money $845.00 from the Wauseon Athletic Boosters to the Athletic Department for a display board for the natatorium
Approved the following resolution for the Board Administrative Office construction bid package for early site work: RESOLUTION NO. ______ APPROVING BID PACKAGE FOR GENERAL CONSTRUCTION WORK FOR THE BOARD ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT WHEREAS, Beilharz Architects, Inc., the Board's Architect for the Board Administrative Office Project, prepared the drawings and specifications for construction of a board administration office, and the Architect reviewed the drawings and specifications and prepared a bid package to solicit bids for the work; and
WHEREAS, the Board wishes to approve the Board Administrative Office Bid Package and authorize the placement of advertisements to solicit bids for the work with bids to be received on Friday, December 22, 2017; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Education of Wauseon Exempted Village School District as follows:
1. The Construction Bid Package for the Board Administrative Office Project assembled by the Architect is approved. 2. The Architect is directed to work with the Treasurer to prepare and place the appropriate form of advertisement to solicit bids for the work as required by Ohio Revised Code, with bids to be due on December 22, 2017.

Approved a request for additional parental leave from Andrea Stevens, effective January 4, 2018 through the last work day of the 2017-18 school year
Offered a one-year limited certificated athletic contract to Mike Webster as a JH Track Coach for the 2017-18 school year at Step 2 on the approved salary schedule
Approved a request for an overnight trip for the Wauseon High School FFA to travel to Dublin, OH for the 212/360 Leadership Conference from January 13, 2018 through January 14, 2018 as presented
Heard reports from the building principals and Curriculum Director
Entered into Executive Session for the discussion of the employment of personnel.
