Approved the minutes as presented



Approved the bills, financial reports, and investments as presented



Approved the following donations:

 Practice gear, helmets and shoulder pads from Wauseon Midget Football to the JH football team with an approximate value of $8,205  $15,750.00 from the Wauseon Athletic Boosters for the purchase of new football uniforms  $1,170.00 from the Wauseon Athletic Boosters for the purchase of new JV/9th grade volleyball uniforms  $1,050.17 from the Ridley USA, Inc. “Show-Rite tag promotion” through Fayette Feed Mill Ltd. to the WHS FFA  $250.00 from Wal-Mart to the WHS FFA towards the expense of shipping boxes for the “Adopt a Platoon” service project  $33.76 from Target “Take Charge of Education” to the WES Student Activities fund  $49.05 from Target “Take Charge of Education” to the WPS Student Activities fund  $13.98 from Target “Take Charge of Education” to the WHS Student Activities fund  $302.00 from Sauder Woodworking to be used towards the purchase of ACT Testing materials •

Approved the following personnel items:  Approved the reassignment of Carrie Jeffries from a WES 3rd Grade Intervention Specialist to a WES 3rd-5th Grade Intervention Specialist for the 2016-17 school year, retroactive to September 7, 2016  Offered a one-year limited certificated contract to Hope Wood as a WES Intervention Specialist at Step 8, Column 3 for the 2016-17 school year, effective September 19, 2016, pending receipt of both a clean BCI/FBI background check and proof of release from contract at Liberty Center Schools. Failure to provide both a clean BCI/FBI background check and proof of release from contract at Liberty Center Schools will result in this offer being withdrawn

 Amended the salary of Tatiana Wright to reflect a change from M+15 to M for the 2016-17 school year based on a review of documents  Offered a one-year limited non-athletic certificated supplemental contract to Tatiana Wright as a Spanish Club Advisor ½ at Step 0 for the 2016-17 school year  Offered a one-year limited non-athletic certificated supplemental contract to Jessica Gerig as the WES Student Council Advisor at Step 0 for the 2016-17 school year  Offered a one-year limited certificated non-athletic supplemental contract to the following teachers as District Mentors for the 2016-17 school year: Tammy Ankney April Beck Katie Black Mindy Cheney Don Clark Brad Myers

 Accepted the resignation for the purposes of retirement from Sheila Gruenhagen as a WHS Teacher Aide, effective March 1, 2017  Approved the voluntary reduction of hours for Julie Shehorn from a 5.5 hour WMS Cook to a 3 hour Cook, retroactive to September 12, 2016  Approved the reassignment of Samantha Sherman from a WMS 1.5 hour Cook to a 2.0 hour Cook, retroactive to September 12, 2016  Approved Stephanie Martinez as a Classified Substitute for the 2016-17 school year  Approved John Kessler as a Classified Substitute for the 2016-17 school year

 Approved Rustina Gochenour as a Classified Substitute for the 2016-17 school year pending receipt of both a clean BCI/FBI check. Failure to provide both a clean BCI/FBI background check will result in this approval being withdrawn  Approved Vicki Lynn Kline as a Classified Substitute for the 2016-17 school year  Offered a one-year limited outside non-athletic supplemental contract to Jamie Clark as the Majorette Advisor for the 2016-17 school year pending receipt of both a clean BCI/FBI background check. Failure to provide both a clean BCI/FBI background check will result in this offer being withdrawn. Placement on the salary schedule will be based on experience.  Offered a one-year limited outside non-athletic supplemental contract to Claire Chirgott as the Drill Team Advisor for the 2016-17 school year pending receipt of both a clean BCI/FBI background check. Failure to provide both a clean BCI/FBI background check will result in this offer being withdrawn.
