Mission The mission of the Waycross Concert Band Festival is to give students and band directors a positive, relevant musical experience in a professional, encouraging environment.

Waycross Concert Band Festival

The following ratings are awarded by each judge: Superior (I) - An Outstanding performance. Recognized among the very best at the WCBF. Excellent (II) - Great performance in many respects, but not worthy of the WCBF highest rating due to defects in essential qualities. Good (III) - Generally good performance, but one that is not outstanding. Shows accomplishment and marked promise, but lacks one or more essential qualities. Dear Friends, Thank you so much for coming to the Waycross Concert Band Festival. These bands have worked hard to prepare for this event. Please be respectful by turning cell phones to silent or vibrate and refrain from talking and walking during performances. This event is being recorded for the band directors.
