As a government agency, Bongabon Water District shall deal only with legitimate suppliers/contractors who issue BIR-registered Official Receipts. 2. All entries must be typewritten. 3. Quoted prices shall be inclusive of applicable taxes and shall be firm and valid for a period of at least thirty (30) days from the date receipts of quotation. 4. Delivery of materials must be within seven (7) days upon receipts of Notice of Award / Purchase Order. 5. Price Quotation must be attach with Warranty Certification for all items stating warranty period of not less than one (1) year and item must be replace with brand new if found/become defective during operations. 6. BWD reserve the right to post-qualify any supplier and/or to reject any all submitted quotations. 7. Valid PhilGEPS Registration Certificate and DTI/SEC Registration must be submitted with the quotation. 8. Payment shall be on staggered basis 9. Approved Budget for the Contract – P280,500.00 10.
