Your designation would be ‘Software Engineer Trainee’ 2. Your month of joining would be July 2012. 3. You will be entitled to a stipend of Rs 3,000/- (Three Thousand only) per month with effect from January 2012 to June 2012. In the event of you not joining the Company, you shall be liable to return the total stipend received by you along with interest for the total amount @ 15.0 % p.a. In case of non-payment, the Company reserves the absolute right to initiate legal/equitable remedies to recover the amount besides initiating further legal proceedings for damages. The jurisdiction will be at Bangalore. 4. Your joining the Company shall be subject to clearing your final examination without any arrears. 5. After you joined with the Company you will be undergoing classroom training. At the end of classroom training, the company will evaluate your performance and suitability for on the job project training. 6. On your successful completion of the on-the-job project training, to our satisfaction, you will be absorbed as ‘Software Engineer’, on such terms and conditions as may be stipulated by us. The total period of the above training shall be 12 months starting from the date of your joining the company 7. Your compensation during the classroom and on-the-job training period will be Rs 33,333/- (Rupees Thrity Three Thousand Three Hundred and Thirty Three Only) per month. 8. You would also be entitled to performance bonus of Rs 75,000/- after the completion of 12 months .Your bonus is linked to Company’s performance. The bonus payout will not contribute towards statutory benefits and will be subject to applicable taxes 9. This offer is subject to your executing the Training and Service Agreement agreeing to comply with the terms and conditions contained therein, including to serve our organization for a minimum period of two years (inclusive of your training period of twelve months) from your date of joining.
