trains pastors, church leaders, intercessors, prayer leaders, and prayer coordinators. However, any believer with an interest in prayer can greatly benefit from participation in the Prayer School. It provides a balance of prayer inspiration with prayer information, integrating worship and praise, Bible teaching, and many practical prayer involvements (prayer walking, prayer partnerships, listening prayer, healing prayer and much more). Prayer School #1 is offered in two parts, for a total of fifteen days and focuses on prayer mobilization and organization, personal and corporate prayer growth, and developing strategies for the church to become “a house of prayer for the nations” (Isa. 56:7 and Mat. 21:13). Participants can choose from one of two options. The diploma option requires the writing of a prayer plan for the local church or organization, business or family. The certificate option does not require a written plan. This course qualifies for 45 Continuing Education Units for Part A, and 40 Continuing Education Units for Part B. Pastor Bjorn Pedersen

In 1968, Pastor Bjorn Pedersen graduated from Concordia College in Moorhead, MN and 1971 from Luther Northwestern Seminary with a Master of Divinity. On Sunday, April 27, 1986, God gave Bjorn Pedersen a vision of prayer for the worldwide body of Christ. When Bjorn Pedersen was Pastor of Prayer at Community Church of Joy in Glendale, Arizona, he created a powerful prayer ministry, which provided several prayer growth opportunities, including the College of Prayer with nearly 100 different courses on prayer. In 1997 Pastor Bjorn was called to full-time involvement with Prayer Watch International (PWI) launching PWI’s prayer ministry worldwide. Bjorn Pedersen is also the author of the book: “Face to Face with God in Your Church: Establishing a Prayer Ministry.”
