Wage Baseline:
Volunteer - $0.00 for up to a maximum of 3 calendar months. The pathway to paid employment is determined by the remuneration basis. 3 calendar months there-after: o $30,000 based on 150 subscribed members, scaled up or down depending on the remuneration basis o Technology Allowance of $1500 per annum for approved ICT o Continued Education Allowance of up to $1000 for an approved course of study
The actual wages paid depends on the wage scale which depends on the remuneration basis which depends on work time and hours of work. The remuneration basis is directly based on the duties and objectives. This means:
If time and effort are not invested, then the remuneration basis will be low and wages will reflect that. On the other hand if there is an investment of time and effort the remuneration basis will be higher and can in fact return a wage higher than the wage baseline. Initially, it is possible to invest a significant amount of time and effort on duties and objectives and still return low wages. This is because the spiritual klout requires time to build on the internet. After establishing spiritual klout, it is possible to invest a significantly lower amount of time and effort on duties and objectives and still return wages above the baseline. This is because spiritual klout remains strong for a limited time, even when time and effort have been withdrawn. When this level has been achieved, is specific to the Pastoral Carer.
