CALL TO ORDER
The McGehee School Board met in regular session Monday, July 25,2016 in the high school library. President Jeff Owyoung called the meeting to order at 5 :00 p.m. with the following members present: Judy Lattimore, William Campbell, Clarke Pugh and Katie Daniel. A motion was made by Clarke Pugh and seconded by William Campbell to accept the consent agenda as follows:

3. Fuel Bids: gasoline for 1,800 gallons at $2.04 per gallon from Sewell Oil Co., July 12, 2016. 4. Milk and Bread Bids for 2016-2017: Hiland Dairy for milk & milk products and Flowers Baking Co. of Tyler, TX for bread & bread products for school year 2016 - 2017 . 5. Technology: Renaissance Learning Software Renewal Renaissane Learning software for Accelerated Reading and STAR testing. Funds will be from McGehee Elementary Title I Purchased Services ($11,609.00) and McGehee High School Title I Purchased Services ($9,774.00). 6. Contract Agreement: Reading and Language Arts Centers, Inc. (including supplies) Reading and Language Arts Centers for Phonic First Kits and Professional Development. Funds will be from McGehee Elementary Title I Materials and Supplies ($8,755.00) and funds from Professional Development ($14,110.00). The total funds $22,865.00 7.

A motion was made by Clarke Pugh and seconded by Judy Lattimore to adjourn the meeting at 5: 34 p.m. Motion carried 5-0.
RECONVENE
The board reconvene at 5 :41 p.m. A motion was made by William Campbell and seconded by Clarke Pugh to accept the recommendation from Thomas Gathen to hire David Thompson as High School Science teacher. Motion carried 5-0.
ADJOURN
A motion was made by Clarke Pugh and seconded by William Campbell to adjourn the meeting at 5 :45p.m. Motion carried 5-0.
