SHOW HOURS: Friday, April 28th 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM / Saturday, April 29th 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Sunday, April 30th 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM CHECK IN/SET UP Please check in at the plant building office upon your arrival. Set up hours are listed below. SNACC staff will be available to assist you during those hours. Booths spaces are labeled dimensions are marked at the corners. Sizes are approximate. Please note: If you feel you may need assistance during set up please plan accordingly. Spaces will be clearly labeled with each vendor name. Corners are clearly marked on the floor with tape. SET UP/RESTOCKING TIMES Wednesday 4/26 8 am - 1 pm/3:30 pm - 8 pm Thursday 4/27 8 am - 1 pm/3:30 pm - 8 pm Friday 4/28 7 - 8:45 am & 6 pm - 7pm Saturday 4/29 7:30 - 8:45 am & 6pm - 7pm Sunday 4/30 8:30 - 9:45 am LOADING / UNLOADING Doors must be kept clear at all times. Vehicles may NOT block any exit for any amount of time. Nursery vehicles may pull up into the general area, keeping doors clear, for loading and unloading TAKE DOWN Take down begins no sooner that 5:00 pm. Sunday 5 pm - 8 pm Monday 8 am - 5 pm SNACC OFFICE SNACC’s office is located next to the plant holding area and will be open during set up hours for check in/vendor information and during show hours for lost & found, customer emergencies, reservations and payments, etc. SECURITY Although security is provided, SNACC is not responsible for any lost or stolen articles. Please staff your booth during all show hours. ELECTRICITY CPU will be supplying only enough power to run one (1) cash register per vendor space. No additional power will be provided for lighting, etc. Please plan your displays/booths accordingly. Vendors are responsible for supplying their own extension cords.

VENDOR PARKING/PARKING PASSES Passes will be available for pick up Wed. & Thur. at the SNACC office during set up hours. SNACC provides each vendor with one 3-day parking pass for staff and one 3-day pass for nursery vehicles holding stock. Both passes are for use in the Nursery Vehicle Parking Lot only. The Nursery Vehicle Parking Lot is located at the south side of the plant building just past the fence. This lot is limited to plant vendor staff and vehicles holding stock only. Special pass MUST be placed visibly in front windshield. General parking passes WILL NOT be valid in this area. BOXES Boxes are complimentary and available at the main entrance. If you would like some brought to your booth please let us know. Vendors are welcome to order boxes at our bulk rate. Boxes are delivered to the show prior to set up. Left over boxes will be available for sale at the close of the show. Please let us know ASAP if you are interested, they go fast. Boxes are sold cash and carry. WAGONS Once again wagons will be available for customers to rent at the entrances. Wagon rentals are $5.00. COFFEE & DONUTS Coffee and donuts will be available, while they last, each morning at the office. Feel free to help yourself to coffee throughout the day. We will do our best to keep the pot full and hot. PLANT HOLDING AREA The plant holding and plant pick up area is located at the Southwest corner of the smaller building. Customers may opt to have purchases held and then drive around to load purchases from this location. ATM The ATM’s are located in the foyer of the main exhibit hall directly across the mid-way from the plant building. HOME SHOW & LANDSCAPE EXHIBITS Located across the midway, in the large exhibit hall, you will find a plethora of home improvement, design, remodel and landscape products, seminars and displays.
