McKinsey Business Presentation Design Services is part of McKinsey’s global support network, consisting of several globally operating teams that have our consultant’s back – from research, analytics, IT, assistant support, and presentation design. Our Business Presentation Design professionals help McKinsey teams translate the findings made during the consulting process into compelling visuals, charts, and presentations. Whether helping Dubai consultants prepare a presentation for a CEO meeting, a European team transform hand-drawn ideas into a professional PowerPoint page, or an American team prepare Excel data for visualization, the work of our visual communicators impacts the world’s leading businesses, governments, and institutions. To ensure that the data for these visuals are accurate and represented correctly, our Presentation Specialists and Designers are being supported by our Quality Analysts, who work alongside with them. 2. Business Presentation Designers (BPD)

The Business Presentation Specialist (BPS) creates PowerPoint charts from handwritten or electronic manuscripts sent by McKinsey consultants and assigned by a Request Coordinator for completion within an agreed upon time frame. Business Presentation Specialists’ work involves the creation of new pages, editing and formatting existing documents as well as converting presentations from one template to another

Getting their briefing from consulting teams, Presentation Designers ensure that our presentations are compelling communications and are in line with our design and format guidelines. Working closely with image editors, they create and integrate the imagery that best captures the consulting teams’ important points.

Academics related to: Media science Visual/ Mass communication, Fine arts, Electronic media

Ability to communicate fluently in an all- English business environment. Excellent command of the written English language, including a firm grasp of spelling and grammar Ability to prioritize, schedule and meet deadlines Computer proficiency in MS Office Suite, Windows OS, PC accessories, Email, Internet/Web search or equivalent products Typing skills (minimum 30 words per minute with 95% accuracy)

Certification related to: Candidates who have completed multimedia course in institutes (e.g., Arena, Image.) Hands on/working experience on image editing such as Adobe suite – Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Muse, Dreamweaver, Photoshop elements, CorelDRAW, Pixlr Ability to communicate fluently in an all-English business environment

Flexibility to work in shifts, weekend and on public holidays
