Setting the Date Coordinate with the Coach and Athletic office to set a date for your banquet.

Invitations Consider the inclusion of: a) Principal and or other Administrators, (not expected to attend) b) Cheerleading Coach/Squads (when applicable) c) Athletic Trainer d) Announcer (when applicable) e) Other supporters of your program f) Parents, family, and Athletes in the program g) A maximum fee of $10/per person may be charged to help cover all banquet expenses.

Seating Arrangements Seating arrangements can take a variety of acceptable forms. However, adequate reserved seating should be set aside for special guests, coaches’ spouses. An exact map of how tables/chairs will be available for placement at the end of the Banquet. AHS custodian will set up AHS backdrop and podium on a riser.

Programs Whenever a program is used, every effort should be made to ensure accuracy. Be sure to include all players on your roster as well as managers, stats, etc., and be certain that names are spelled correctly. Exclusion from a team list or the misspelling of a name can cause undue embarrassment for one of your athletes as well as yourself.

5.

Conduct of Banquet It is recommended that the following be included in your banquet proceeding: a) A welcoming statement. No prayer or invocation please. b) Recognition of Board member and Administration as well as special guests, award presenters and other distinguished attendees. c) Presentation of awards. d) Coordinate with the Athletic office, audio visual, screen, sound system and easles. e) Senior or Junior gifts should be appropriate. f) Student athlete remarks should be monitored, limited and appropriate.

Post Banquet Expectation Clean up time: a) Clear all tables and rearrange tables and chairs to match the chart provided. b) Place all garbage in liners of garbage cans. c) Place easles in rack.

Setting the Date Coordinate with the Coach and Athletic office to set a date for Senior Night.

Senior Intro’s All senior members will be introduced individually with their parent/guardian.

3.

Senior Bio’s Your team may prepare a special Senior Bio program as a handout at the Gate area. All Bio’s should include: Player Name: Parent/Guardian: Future Plans: *All other notables should be approved by the Athletic Office.

4.

Senior Posters Easles are available for Senior Posters to be on display during Senior Night. Please email the Athletic Office with your request.

5.

Receptions No Receptions – all other recognition is held at the Team Banquet. Special Requests to be approved by Athletic Director
