HANDS: Developing the Blueprint for implementation (Redefining YWM) With the process of growth and nurturing of what Rev. Williams refers to as a YW movement, various commissions were commissioned by the guidance of Rev. Williams to scrutinize and determine what it takes to grow on our YWM.  What do we need to do to continue to grow? KNB YWM elections 2014  What does it take to grow? The characteristics detailed in various  How do we grow? scripture in the bible that describe servant leadership in the church can be summarized into 4 key elements: commitment, conviction, competency and character. As part of the celebrations, the KNB district welcomed the newly elected executive under the tireless leadership of Madame President Nkhumise. May God grant them strength and continue to lead KNB YWM to be living Grand Gala Dinner stones allowing the Holy Spirit to On behalf of the KNB district transform our lives. YWM members—a VERY big thank you to everyone that was involved in the execution of the glits and glam of the Grand Gala dinner, we sure saw class and beauty—bodies and spirits that are transformed from the inside out. A true night of victory it was!
