Pairings may include the following: Pairing 1 BEER: Hefeweizen - authentic effervescent German wheat ale brewed with the classic Weihenstephaner weiss yeast. FOOD: Grayson cheese
Pairing 2 BEER: Schwarzbier - A light bodied dark lager with a dry, roasted coffee finish FOOD: Smoked Sausage
Pairing 3 BEER: Czech Pilsner - Bohemian style pilsner with a rich golden hue and spicy saaz hops from the Czech Republic FOOD: Chorizo
Pairing 4 BEER: India Pale Ale - A medium bodied, west coast style hoppy ale with citrus, grapefruit, and pine in the aroma, balanced by a clean dry finish FOOD: Rillette
Pairing 5 BEER: Oak-aged Maibock- A stronger, malty lager aged in Woodford Reserve bourbon barrels. Extended wood aging imparts a smooth vanilla and caramel flavor to this lager FOOD: Peach Crostada
