ประเด็นการเติบโตดูชัดเจนมากขึน้ Event ประชุมนักวิเคราะห์ และปรับเพิม่ คาแนะนา lmpact การปรับปรุ งประสิ ทธิภาพ และการทา refinance จะส่ งผลดีมากยิง่ ขึน้ อานิสงส์จากโครงการปรับปรุ งประสิ ทธิภาพการผลิต และการทา refinance อาจจะช่วยเปิ ด upside ให้กบั ประมาณการของเรา โดยบริ ษทั มีแผนจะปรับปรุ งประสิ ทธิ ภาพการผลิตด้วยการใช้เทคโนโลยีที่ดี ขึ้น เพื่อเพิ่ม heat rate และนาหลักการ internet of things มาใช้ประโยชน์จาก operation network ทั้งนี้ คาดว่าเทคโนโลยีใหม่จะช่วยให้บริ ษทั ประหยัดต้นทุนเชื้ อเพลิงได้ประมาณ 2-3% และจะนามาปรับใช้ กับโครงการ ABP3 ใน 4Q61 ตามมาด้วย ABPR1-2 ในปี 2562 และ ABP4-5 ในปี 2564 ตามกาหนด overhaul ครั้งใหญ่ของแต่ละโครงการ ซึ่ งเราคาดว่าหลังจากโรงงานต่างๆ ปรับเทคโนโลยีเสร็ จตามแผน แล้วจะทาให้ประสิ ทธิ ภาพในการผลิตดีข้ ึนโดยลาดับในอีก 2-3 ปี ข้างหน้า ในขณะเดียวกัน โครงการ พลังงานความร้ อนร่ วมที่ใช้ก๊าซเป็ นเชื้ อเพลิงในอนาคตก็น่าจะมีประสิ ทธิ ภาพดีกว่าที่เราคาดไว้เดิม เนื่ องจากมีการใช้เทคโนโลยีที่ดีข้ ึนส่ วนการนาแนวคิด internet of thing มาใช้ก็จะทาให้ระบบงานมี ความเสถียรมากขึ้น ลดความสูญเสี ยในการขนถ่ายและช่วยสร้างสมดุลในการใช้ไฟฟ้ า นอกจากนี้ บริ ษทั ยังมีแผนจะออกหุ้นกูเ้ พื่อ refinance สิ นเชื่อโครงการของโครงการ BIP1-2 ภายในปี นี้ และการทา refinance ส่วนอื่นเพิ่มก็จะทาให้มี upside จากประมาณการของเราเพิ่มขึ้นอีก สองโครงการใหม่ จะช่ วยเพิม่ มูลค่ าให้ บริษทั เราได้นา 2 โครงการใหม่เข้ามารวมในประมาณการของเรา ได้แก่ โครงการ solar กองทัพ 24MW (ถือ หุ้น 100%) และโรงไฟฟ้ าขยะอุตสาหกรรม 4MW (ถือหุ้น 48%) ซึ่งโครงการ soloar กองทัพจะคิดค่าไฟ ตามระบบ FiT ที่ 4.12 บาท/kWh ภายใต้สญ ั ญาอายุ 25 ปี และคาดว่าจะเริ่ มเปิ ดดาเนิ นการเชิ งพาณิ ชย์ได้ ในเดือนธันวาคม 2561 ในขณะเดียวกัน โครงการโรงไฟฟ้ าขยะก็จะคิดค่าไฟ้ ตามระบบ FiTที่ 6.08 บาท/kWh ภายใต้สญ ั ญา 20 ปี บวกกับ incentive อีก 0.70 บาท/kWh ในช่วงแปดปี แรก และคาดว่าจะเปิ ด ดาเนินการเชิงพาณิ ชย์ได้ใน 4Q62 ปรับลดประมาณการกาไรปี 2561-62 เราปรับลดประมาณการกาไรจากธุรกิจหลักในปี 2561-62 ลง 16.0% และ 11.7% เหลือ 2.0 พันล้านบาท และ 2.5 พันล้านบาทตามลาดับ เนื่ องจากค่าใช้จ่ายดอกเบี้ยเพิ่มขึ้น และส่วนของผูถ้ ือหุ้นส่ วนน้อย เพิ่มขึ้น แต่อย่างไรก็ตาม เราคาดว่ากาไรจากธุรกิจหลักของ BGRIM ในปี นี้จะโตอย่างน่ าประทับใจถึง 85.7% (สู งเป็ นอันดับที่สองในกลุ่มโรงไฟฟ้ าแบบ conventional) เนื่องจากการเปิ ดดาเนินการเชิงพาณิ ชย์ ของโรงไฟฟ้ าถึง 5 โคงรการในปี นี้ และเนื่ องจากบริ ษทั จะมีกาลังการผลิตเพิ่มขึ้นเรื่ อยๆ จนถึงปี 2565 เราจึงเชื่อว่ากาไรของบริ ษทั ในอีกห้าปี ข้างหน้าน่าจะโตได้ในระดับสองหลัก Valuation & Action เราประเมินราคาเป้ าหมาย DCF ปี 2561 ไว้ที่ 29.00 บาทโดยรวมมูลค่าของโครงการใหม่ และการ ปรับปรุ งประสิ ทธิภาพการผลิตไว้แล้ว ราคาหุ้นยังมี upside อีก 14.9% และคิดเป็ น PEG แค่ 0.6xซึ่ งอยู่ ในช่วงต่าของกลุ่มซึ่ งอยูใ่ นช่วง 0.2-8.9x เรามองว่าเงินสดในมือก้อนใหญ่ และประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจ ไฟฟ้ าจะช่วยหนุนให้ BGRIM สามารถหาโครงการใหม่ๆ เข้าลงทุนเพิ่มได้อีก Risks มีการปิ ดโรงไฟฟ้ านอกแผน และเกิดความล่าช้าในงานก่อสร้างโครงการใหม่ Key financials and valuations
