Chilton County Children’s Club (CCCC) Program Description The CCCC is a joint afterschool project between the Chilton County YMCA and Chilton County Schools. The partnership between these programs will allow expanded services for students and provide convenient transportation services for parents. Please be patient as we develop procedures and address conflicts that may arise. The safety of your children will always be the most important factor considered as procedures are established. Please choose the afterschool pathway that meets your desired dismissal time and schedule of activities.

Pathway Descriptions Pathway 1 – Choose this option if you only desire the following. • 5:30 dismissal at CES daily • Supper meal and healthy snack, provided by CNP • Participation in a 45m academic, fitness and enrichment session • $70 per month Pathway 2 – Choose this option if you desire any of the following. • 5:45-6:30 dismissal option at the YMCA daily • Transportation to the YMCA for classes • Member benefits for YMCA classes (Current members may contact YMCA for benefit.) • Supper meal and healthy snack, provided by CNP • Participation in a 45m academic, fitness and enrichment session (If the student participates in YMCA classes, the class will serve as fitness for that day.) • $85 per month Pre-K students cannot choose Pathway 2. Students enrolled in Pathway 2 will receive member discounts for YMCA classes. Current members may contact the YMCA for discount information.

Multiple children Cost for second child in either pathway is the same as the first child. Families with more than two children in the program will be charged $20 per month per additional child.

Severe Weather In the event of severe weather, after school students will be taken to a safe zone in the building. If school dismisses for severe weather, the afterschool program will not operate.

Check Out A check out card must be on file listing 8 adults who may check out your child. Picture ID is required when a child is checked out. Parents must sign students out if leaving the after school program early. Students are in various locations, so please allow 15 minutes for us to locate your child and bring them to the check-out area.
