Position Consultant (Nutrition & Child)
Consolidated Remuneration Up to Rs, 60,000/- per month
Essential Qualification PG degree in Nutrition/Publi c Health/Social Sciences/Rural Development Community Medicine with at least 55% Marks.
Experience At least 4 years experience in planning Implementation and monitoring of Child and Woman nutrition Program. For Applicants with PhD (In nutrition Related Subjects) 3 years of doctoral time would be counted as 3 years of experience. Experience in MS office including world word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Provide technical leadership and facilitate relevant Strategy development for nutrition and designing of nutrition related activities and pilots to be implemented in the project.
Experience of working with government organization/ inter organization.
Support development of annual project action plans.
In-Depth knowledge of Key Nutrition issues and nutrition Programs. Knowledge of Project management techniques.

Facilitate Implemented of all Nutrition related activities in the project including multi sectoral nutrition actions Identify emerging needs from the project and facilitate action through director in charge ISSNIP Support the director in facilitate meetings with technical expert committees, relevant line ministries such as ministry of health, rural development, social welfare, agriculture, food processing etc. and other stakeholders on nutrition & multi sectoral issues. Monitor and review progress of all nutrition related project activities and indicates (MIS data), identity areas and project Districts in Need of support and take follow up Supportive action as required. Support Preparation of quarterly and annual project progress reports. Liaison and coordinate with external stakeholders. Any other activity indentified by the Director, as Relevant to the project.

Support Development of and /or Review of Relevant Guidelines Operational Manuals, Documents as Required for behavior change communication & capacity in the project to ensure quality and facilitate their state lavel dissemination Support Designing of behavior change communication & capacity building innervations and piots, if any Identify emerging needs from the projects and facilitate action through director or through the enganment of short term consultant. Support the director in organization and facilitating meeting with technical expert committees, relevant line departments such as, health, civil society organization and other stakeholders on issues related to behavior change communication & capacity building. Provide relevant inputs on behavior change communication & capacity building to other technical consultants as required to improve the quality design and implementation of other thematic activities in the project, such as community mobilization initiatives project MIS, operations research and evaluations etc. Monitor and review progress of all behavior change communication & capacity building interventions and indicators identity areas and project districts in need of support and take follow up supportive action, liaison and coordinate with external stakeholder in consultant with director. Preparation of training plan, planning and organization training as per the finalized training plan.

PG Degree in Social Science, Social anthropology with course on community mobilization and participation with at least 55% Marks.
At least 4 years Experience in planning and implementing Social Development Programs with focus on Community mobilization, Civil Society engagement and Social Accountability Interventions. For Applicants with PhD (in Relevant areas), 3 years of doctoral time would be counted as 3 years of experience. Expertise in MS Office Including Word, Excel and Power point.
