Using the CurricUNET SLO Module for Assessment Reporting

Departments shaded in purple have been selected by their Deans to receive training in a department meeting (see Training Methods below)
Training Methods:
Written instructions: • Posted on the SLO web page • Inserted into the Program Chairs SLO Handbook on the SLO website • Posted on the Instruction Office web page under Faculty Resources. • In the CurricUNET program as HELP. Program Chair Training The PCs or department leads of those departments scheduled to be trained in a given semester will be asked to attend a flex workshop in how to use the module and how to organize the training. Individual Faculty Training a) Department meetings: Those departments shaded in purple on the schedule have been selected by their deans to receive training during a department meeting. The program chair and the SLO Coordinator will work together to I schedule a meeting with the department at the end of the semester they are to be trained to help them enter their SLO assessment results (which they should have by then). b) Flex Sessions: All other departments will be invited to attend a flex session during the week following the semester they are scheduled to first come on (for example, if scheduled for Fall 2014, training would occur during Spring 2015 flex week). This way, they can enter their assessment results that should be discussed at a department meeting that flex week. PCs/Deans will be responsible for seeing that the faculty who do not choose to attend this session input their results in CurricUNET.
