FUNCTION/RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE COMMITTEE The Committee shall have the following functions/responsibilities:

Prepare a specific Anti-corruption and Integrity Development Action Plans for DOF. Formulate and recommend to Management policies, guidelines, systems and mechanisms necessary to implement the IDAP. Undertake oversight function in the implementation of the IDAP and monitor its progress on a regular basis. Submit reports on the progress of the implementation of the IDAP to the Management. Coordinate with government agencies and private organizations for available resources and assistance in the implementation of the IDAP. Establish working committees, if necessary, to assist the IDAP/Integrity Committee in the implementation of the IDAP and other measures to eradicate/minimize graft and corruption.
SECRETARIAT The Personnel Services Division shall act as the Secretariat to provide support services, as follows: 1. Coordinate/schedule meetings and document proceedings and actions taken by the IDAP/Integrity Committee. 2. Act as custodian of all Committee documents and materials. 3. Provide other technical and administrative assistance including coordination with government agencies and private organizations for the requirements of the Committee.
III.
EFFECTIVITY This Order amends D.O. Nos. 19-07 dated 28 June 2007 and 21-07 dated 25 July 2007 and shall take effect immediately.
