In the exigencies of the service, all Regional Directors for Local Government Finance are hereby authorized to extend their stay in Manila up to February 8, 1990 upon termination of the CY 1990 Plan Implementation Conference being held at the Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP), Tagaytay City from February 5 to 6, 1990. The Regional Directors shall hold their First Quarterly Conference for CY 1990 at the Bureau of Local Government Finance in Manila from February 7 to 8, 1990. The extension of their travel shall likewise be considered on official business and the Regional Directors shall be entitled to transportation and other allowable expenses chargeable against their respective regional funds, subject to the usual accounting and audit regulations. This shall serve as an addendum to Department Order No. 2-90, dated January 30, 1990, authorizing the aforesaid Conference in Tagaytay City.
