DEPARTKENT ORDER NO. 50-89 December 4. 1989 Pursuant to Section VI on the "Proposed Guidelines On The Adjustment of Complaints and Grievances in the Public Sector" as embodied under Memorandum Circular No. 45 dated October 6, 1989 of the Civil Service Commission, a Grievance Committee of the Department of Finance is hereby established to be composed of the following:

For Individual Employee 1.

one (1) member of top management or a representative to act as Chairman

2.

Two (2) higher supervisors chosen from among themselves

3.

Two (2) employees chosen by the rank and file employees

4.

An alternate for higher supervisor and employee in case the complaint concerns any of the members of the committee.

For Association Members

The Committee shall be composed of the following: 1.

One (1) member of top management or a representative to act as Chairman

2.

Two (2) higher supervisors chosen by both the higher supervisor and association

3.

Two (2) association members chosen from among themselves

4.

An alternate or alternates chosen by the association members with the consent and approval of management.

This Order shall take effect immediately and all concerned shall be guided accordingly.
