Participation of both public and private schools shall be subject to the no-disruption-ofclasses policy stipulated in DepEd Order No.9, s. 2005 entitled Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-on- Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith. Also, in view of the DepEd Order No.

This gathering will have the Theme, "Relentless", which focuses on-God's-unrelenting-leve-feF-usand how the youth are to respond to Him. This is also the culmination of the series of Singles & Youth Faith On Fire (SYFOF) "We Are Tour" conferences that has been brought to six Dioceses of Metro Manila and three Catholic Schools in Quezon City. The hangover of their encounter with other youths in the SYFOF series will now have its conclusion at the Araneta Coliseum on July 1, 2017, from 1 too PM. - It started with the SYFOF Youth rally that we have launched together with Bishop Ongtioco in Cubao last June 2016 anefhave now spread to several Dioceses in Metro Manila~ . --..,.., -

The formula that we have used getting the youth back to the Parishes through music, dances, evangelistic plays, life testimonies, (nuggets) short teachings ending in a concert participated by all have proved effective as they were able to relate to each and every segment of the program. His Eminence Luis Antonio Cardinal Tagle has been briefed and shown the video of the SYFOF l---------'d..l.I.'-LJ.J.J"""--~~~.ged and endorsed this big gathering of the youth. The Cardinal will likewise give the keynote address in the affair. Enclosed please find the Cardinal's endorsement. We would like to seek your valuable assistance in mobilizing the youths of your school to participate in this event.
