Schools Division Superintendents
1. The DepEd- NCR will conduct the National Teachers Day Celebration with the theme "GURO KABAUK AT SA PAGBABAGO" on September 30 , 2016 from 7:00 AM to 5.00 PM at the Cuneta Astrodome Sports Complex, Pasay City, to accolade the teachers selfless service and dedication in honing the young to be come morally upright and productive citizens of the country. 2. In this connection, all Schools Divisions are enjoined to participate in this annual event by sending teacher-participants w ho would either attend half day or whole day, meaning , one group for the morning and another in the afternoon ; or, one group to attend the whole-day affair. 3. To make it more meaningful and fun, the activities lined-up are the following: Parade , Program Proper. Raffles and Teachers Got Talent. ln the light of this, w e would like to request that each Schools Division extend financial assistance for the raffle prizes. Last year was a huge success due to the generous support you have given. 4. All expenses relative to the aoove-mentioned activity shall be charged against Local/MOOE Funds , subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations. 5.
