DCS-QC DELEGATES TO THE 2017 NATIONAL SCHOOLS PRESS CONFERENCE

To :

Assistant Schools Division Superintendents District/Division Supervisors Elementary/Secondary School Principals Head Teachers and Teachers In-Charge (Public and Private)

1.

The National Schools Press Conference (NSPC) will be held on January 22-25, 2017 in Pagadian City, Zarnboanga del Sur.

2.

The theme of this year's conference is "Strengthening Freedom of Information Tqrough Campus Journalism."

3.

Participants in the NSPC are the pupil and student-winners m the Regional Schools Press I Conference (RSPC) and their school paper advisers.

4.

A registration fee of Four Thousand Pesos (P4000.00) and traveling expenses shall ~e charged each student-participant and each teacher-adviser to be reimbursed by the Special Educatioln Fund of the Quezon City Government.

5.

School principals whose students and /or school publications won in the RSPC ~1ay attend the NSPC. Expenses relative thereto can be charged against the local school fund or MpOE subject to the usual accounting rules and regulations. '

6.

Attached is the official list of NSPC participants from the elementary and secondary level of this Division.
