Key messages
ข้อมูลที่ได้รับจาก CEO ของ KTB ชี้วา่ ธนาคารกาลังอยู่ ในช่วงเปลี่ยนผ่านในหลายๆ ด้าน ทั้งปรับทีมผูบ้ ริ หาร ใหม่, เปลี่ยนกระบวนการอนุมตั ิสินเชื่อ เปลี่ยนรู ปแบบธ นาคร, ปรับคุณภาพสิ นทรัพย์ให้เข้ากับมาตรฐานบัญชี IFRS9 ซึ่ งเป็ นความท้าทายในแง่ของการบริ หารจัดการ คุณภาพสิ นทรัพย์ และความเสี่ ยงด้านการกันสารอง ทั้งนี้ ในปี 2560 ธนาคารได้ปรับลดค่าใช้จ่ายดาเนิ นงานเพื่อกัน สารองเพิ่ม แต่ในปี นี้ค่าใช้จ่ายดาเนิ นงานจะเพิ่มขึ้น เพื่อ การลงทุนซึ่ งจะทาให้เป็ นความท้าทายในการบริ หาร จัดการ แม้วา่ ภาพรวมเหมือนว่าจะมีหลายปั จจัยกดดันการ ฟื้ นตัวของ KTB แต่เนื่องจากราคาหุ ้นไม่แพง และ downside จากัด เราจึงยังคงแนะนาให้ถือ โดยให้ราคา เป้ าหมายที่ 19 บาท Trading data Mkt cap (Btbn/US$mn)

ผลประกอบการ 4Q60 และประชุมนักวิเคราะห์ lmpact ผลประกอบการ 4Q60 ต่ากว่าทที่คาดไว้เพราะมีการตั้งสารองก้อนใหญ่ กาไรสุทธิ ของ KTB ใน 4Q60 อยูท่ ี่ 4.8 พันล้านบาท (-18% QoQ, -35% YoY) ต่ากว่าประมาณการของ เราและ consensus ประมาณ 28% เนื่ องจากมีการตั้งสารองก้อนใหญ่ ในขณะที่กาไรสุ ทธิ ปี 2560 อยูท่ ี่ 2.24 หมื่นล้านบาท (-31%) สินเชื่อฟื้ นตัวอย่างแข็งแกร่ งใน 4Q60 จากสินเชื่อภาครัฐ สิ นเชื่อรวมโต 3% QoQ และ1.8% YoY โดยมีสาเหตุสาคัญมาจากสิ นเชื่อภาครัฐ (7% ของสิ นเชื่อรวม) ซึ่งโตถึง 31% QoQ และ 33% YoY ใน 4Q60 ในขณะที่สินเชื่ อกลุ่มอื่นลดลงอย่างมาก (โดยเฉพาะ สิ นเชื่อ SME, 19% ของสิ นเชื่อรวม, -9% QoQ และ -4% YoY) ถึงแม้วา่ สิ นเชื่อจะฟื้ นตัวดีข้ ึน แต่ NII ก็ ยังลดลง 1% QoQ และ 3.5% YoY ใน 4Q60 และลดลง 1.4% ในปี 2560 เนื่ องจากมีสดั ส่วนของสิ นเชื่ อที่ มี yield ต่าเพิ่มเข้ามาในพอร์ต ส่ วน NIM ก็ลดลง 12bps QoQ ตัดหนีส้ ู ญ (write-off) ก้อนใหญ่ เพื่อรักษาระดับ NPL และทาให้ NPL coverage เพิม่ ขึน้ ตัวเลขหนี้ รวมทรงตัว QoQ เนื่องจากมีการ write-off หนี้ เสี ยก้อนใหญ่ประมาณ 1.0-1.2 หมื่นล้านบาทใน 4Q60 และประมาณ 2.4 หมื่นล้านบาทในปี 2560 ซึ่งหากไม่รวมการ write-off ดังกล่าว NPL จะเพิ่มขึ้น ประมาณ 12% QoQ โดยส่ วนใหญ่มาจากสิ นเชื่อโรงสี ขา้ ว และ โรงงานมันสาปะหลัง ผูบ้ ริ หารของ KTB บอกว่า NPL กลุ่มนี้ อยูใ่ นช่วงต้นของการถูกจัดชั้นซึ่ งเพิ่งเริ่ มแสดงสัญญาณการผิดนัดชาระหนี้ ทั้งนี้ credit cost พุง่ ขึ้นเป็ น 279bps ใน 4Q60 และ 233bps ในปี 2560 แต่แม้ธนาคารจะตั้งสารองก้อน ใหญ่ แต่ก็ยงั ไม่พอที่จะรองรับมาตรฐาน IFRS9 Outlook – ในปี นีจ้ ะเน้ นสินเชื่อภาครัฐ และการบริหาร credit cost เพือ่ รองรับมาตรฐาน IFRS9 การที่คุณภาพสิ นทรัพย์ของ KTB อ่อนแอ เป็ นผลมาจากสิ นเชื่ อที่ปล่อยไปเมื่อหลายปี ที่ผา่ นมา เพื่อนา KTB ก้าวต่อไปข้างหน้า CEO จึงได้เปลี่ยนนโยบาย อย่างเช่น กระบวนการ underwriting สิ นเชื่อ, การ จัดชั้น NPL ใหม่ และการปรับทิศทางการปล่อยสิ นเชื่ อใหม่ ซึ่ งจะมุ่งไปที่ลูกหนี้ ประเภทที่ความเสี่ ยงต่า ในขณะที่จะเปลี่ยนไปเน้นสิ นเชื่อภาครัฐ ซึ่ งจะมีการลงทุนโครงสร้ างพื้นฐานจากภาครัฐมากขึ้น นอกจากนี้ ธนาคารก็จะเร่ งลงทุนด้าน IT (CAPEX >1.0 หมื่นล้านบาท ในปี 2561 จาก 5.0 พันล้านบาท ในปี 2560) และ การเดินหน้าปิ ดสาขาแบค่อยเป็ นค่อยไปเพราะลูกค้าส่ วนใหญ่ของธนาคารอยูใ่ น ต่างจังหวัด Valuation and action จากข้อมูลที่ได้รับฟังจาก CEO ทาให้เราปรับลดสมมติฐาน NIMในปี 2561/62 ลงปี ละ 10bps เหลือ 3.15%, และปรับเพิ่ม credit cost ปี ละ 20bps เป็ น 190bps/170bps โดยเราได้ปรับลดประมาณการกาไร สุทธิลง 18%/16% แต่อย่างไรก็ตาม เรามองว่าราคาหุ ้น KTB ไม่แพง และกระแสข่าวลบไม่น่าจะเปลี่ยน ทิศทางของราคาหุ ้นมากนัก ดังนั้น เราจึงยังคงแนะนาให้ถือ โดยให้ราคาเป้ าหมายที่ 19 บาท Risks การตั้งสารอง เพิม่ ขึน้ >200bps, opex เพิม่ ขึน้ จากการลงทุนใหม่ .
