Beason Family Mission Trip ~ our family will depart October 26 and return November 13 for the island nation of Cuba and sharing the gospel through VBS, health seminars and a 14-message reaping series in the city of Palmira, population about 14,000. Palmira is also ground zero for Santeria, the island's dominant religion of devil worship blended into Catholic tradition. Opening night is Oct 31, All Saints Day. Please keep our family in prayer as we share the love of our Father with His children there and for our spiritual protection day and night. VanFossens Send Barrels to Guyana ~ in November in support of the area churches where they worked. Heaven's Bounty ~ The Southern Singles Ministry (a division of the Conf Church Ministries) is operating a food pantry in Apison. The pantry serves 30-40 families each day it's open. SAU Hosts Fruition Lab Event ~ young entrepreneurs are invited to a full-day seminar at Southern on November 2, led by Fruition Lab, Inc. The goal of the event is to inspire, connect and educate impactdriven entrepreneurs. Participants will hear inspiring stories from Adventist business owners and learn how to sustain a company as they explore the “why” in business.
