drifting
There's something about the turquoise sea, white Quilt designed by Melissa Corry Drift fabrics by Angela Walters from Art Gallery Fabrics Skill level: Beginner Finished quilt size: 611⁄4" x 781⁄2" Finished block size: 201⁄4" x 26" Number of blocks: 9 (3 Block A, 3 Block B, 3 Block C)
beaches, and radiant sunsets of the Caribbean that set the mind and body at ease. This was the inspiration behind the fabrics used in this quilt, as well as the design itself. Drifting, with its soft summery prints and simple piecing, embodies tranquility. Nine large blocks arranged in rows, which are then sewn together and quilted with an allover wave and swirl pattern, make this an ideal summer project.
