Edcouch Elsa ISD Superintendent Search Advertisement The Edcouch Elsa Independent School District Board of Trustees seeks a self‐ motivated educational leader with a proven record of success in the area of Curriculum and Instruction to serve as Superintendent of Edcouch Elsa ISD. The candidate must be capable of taking the initiative to address the issues facing the district in a thorough and timely fashion. The candidate will also keep the board informed on issues, needs and operation of the school system in compliance with the State Board of Education. The candidate is also expected to build a climate of transparency, mutual trust, cooperation, and must exemplify strong moral character and integrity. The candidate must be a highly effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills and willing to work in partnership with the Board of Trustees, students, staff, parents and community. The candidate must create a shared vision for the future and develop strategic plans to achieve the vision by setting goals in the best interest of all stakeholders.
