Mr. Chambliss took a portion of this team the Josten’s Renaissance Leadership Conference at Lake Land College, in Mattoon on September 8th. Due to limited space only fourteen students could attend. resources that reinforce character development such as The Harbor, increasing connections with their peers including the Idea Exchange, and promoting a culture of celebration with innovative ideas like Renaissance Rallies. The main purpose of taking our advisory group to this amazing conference was to boost our school’s culture with the excitement, appreciation and uplifting energy of the Renaissance program. Our students were enthused to participate and came away with a plethora of ideas to bring back to our school. We are excited to begin implementing some of these new ideas to promote a positive school culture that empowers our students to reach their fullest potential.
