II. Descriptive section of the functional-utility program 2.1. Overall description of the subject of the contract The purpose of the order is to redesign and change the functional use of the individual rooms of the object occupied by the Ordering Party. Characteristic parameters determining the size of an object The object of the order has the following basic parameters: - usable foor area (UFA) - 52 m2 2.2. Current conditions taken under consideration before beginning the construction works the current conditions are influenced by several factors: - execution of demolition works - Functional House in which the Wschód Gallery is located - windows facing the opposite side of the building - overall floorplan - terrace - staircase - historic details of interior architecture (windows, door frames, light switches, electrical installation and sockets) 2.3. Overall functional-utility characteristics The program envisages the transfer of several room of the Wschód Gallery and the replacement of their functional-utility features. The tarrace will be located in the biggest exhibition room. New smoking area will be organised in place of former office. The staircase will be pulled into the gallery interior. The open air terrace located two floors above the gallery will be used as the office. 2.4. Functional properties of collected works of art Design for living, 2017, Benedikte Bjerre 26 meters long aluminum construction element designed to install tents. Stretched between the two opposite rooms of the gallery. Wschód as a temporary construction – tent. Part of the piece stands out the gallery window.

III. Informational section of the functional-utility program 3.1. Declaration of the Ordering Party stating his right to use the property for construction purposes The ordering party has the right to dispose of the property for construction purposes. The relevant declaration will be given to the Contractor at the stage of drafting and approving the construction project for the investment in question. 3.2.
