Federationvide its letter No. ilUPart XI dated 2610812016 brought to the kind notice of Railway Board the case of denial of RRB empanelledcandidateson SouthernRailway to the posts of Health & Malaria Inspector on the authority of Railway Board's letter No. E(NG)II/2007/RR-1/49 dated 0410612008.Federation desires to reiterate that the candidatesin question had obtained orders from Tribunals for their appointmentbased on the authority of Railway Board's letter No. E(NG)IV2005RR1/8 dated 2810812014. The GeneralManager,.SouthernRailway also made a referenceto Railway Board vide letter No. P(S)3534/IIYOA No. 257812015/MASdated2210312016 for seekingguidelinesin view of some confusion in Board's letter dated 1810312014 and.2810812014. A period of more than three months has passedunfortunately,no instructionsfor implementingTribunals orderswhich are in consonancewith Board's instructions dated 2810812014have been issued for granting appointment to the empanelled , candidates.Federationis also yet to receive feedback.A copy of Federation'sletter dated2610812016 is enclosedfor reference. NFIR, therefore, once again requeststhe Railway Board to issue clarification to the General Manager, Southern Railway to offer appointment to the empanelledcandidatesas Health & Malaria Inspector.The action taken in the matter may be advisedto the Federation.
