Grant of incentive to the Accounts Stock Verifiers who have been posted from the cadre of Junior Accounts Assistant on passing Appendix IV A (IREM) Examination - Item No.2212012(NFIR/PNM).

Federation takes note that the Railway Board, having come to know of non-availabilityof Accounts Stock Verifiers on Railways have since issuedinstructionsvide letter dated 2410212015 allowing Accounts Clerks of GP Rs. 1900/- (PB-l) and Shroffs of GP 1900/- with 5 years service to be appointedas Accounts Stock Verifiers in GP 4200 (PB-2) with certain stipulations. However these appointeesare made ineligible for payment of specialallowanceof Rs. 1000/-per month as per instructionsdated2410212015. However NFIR's demand through PNM item No. 2212012for payment of special allowanceof Rs. 1000/-per month to thoseJAAs of GP 28001-(PB-l) appointedas Assistant Stock Verifier in GP 42001-(PB-2) continued as pending item till date. The Federationhad also addressedletter to Railway Board vide dated lll02l20l5 requestingto expeditedecision for granting special allowance. It is further re-iteratedthat the postingof JAA as ASVs in GP 4200 has been in terms of extant instructions contained in Railway Board's letter No. 93lACIIl20l22 dated and Advance Correction Slip No. 29 IREM Pt. I. Their number is only 64 1011011997 accordingto Railway Board's letter dated0210212015 to GSATIFIR. NFIR, therefore, requests the Railway Board to issue instructions for payment of specialallowanceto those JAAs appointedas ASVs - GP 42001-(PB-2) from the date i of their induction as such. Federation also seeksmeeting with FC on the subject and the date convenibntbe indicated to the Federationverv earlv.
