Gymnastics Gymnastics Experience a quality, affordable, safe, fun gymnastics program! While using the spring floor, uneven bars, tumble track, vault (Mat Rats only) and balance beam, students will develop motor skills, balance, strength and coordination. Classes meet in Auxiliary Gym D at Lakeville South High School. Parent observation during classes is available. An excellent, exciting and fun class for your little one! A beginning course for children who are new or are continuing with gymnastics. Tumbling Tricks for Dance This new class places emphasis on skills used by dancers during their performances and competitions. Some of the skills to be worked on include back handsprings, side and front aerials, front and back walk overs, layout step outs, and handstands. This class will appeal to those dancers who would like to learn and improve on tumbling skills to enhance their dancing. After successfully completing the required skills from Twisters 1, your child will bounce right into Twisters 2.
