Five years working experience in Private/Govt./Semi-Govt./NonGovernment Organisations on CSR related activities. 3. Knowledge of CSR and knowledge of the scheme formulation for CSR. 4. Ability to successfully liaise and develop network and connections with Public Sector Undertakings/Corporate Bodies/Private Organisations/Institutes/Bodies, Industry partners and Association. 5. Competency in Computer operations. 6. Fluentin English & Hindi languages Note :Experience at Sr. No. 2 may be relaxed in case of exceptionally deserving candidate. Rolesand Responsibilities

:

1. Developing a comprehensive data base of Government, Semi Government, NGOs, Corporations, Public Sector Units (PSUs) and Private Organisations Bodies/Institutes which support social initiatives through CSR. 2. Identification of specific issues in social justice and welfare of socially disadvantaged sections, which need CSR Assistance. 3. Developing acompetent and vibrant CSR team and proactive fund raising from PSUs / Pvt. Organisations / Institutes Bodies. 4. Developing Transaction Interface such as Web page materials, print & e–newsletters, short films and documentaries, etc.for presenting theNeedy project s to receive funds under CSR from Donor Organisations. 5. To Organize, Supervise, Monitor and Manage CSR supported initiatives. 6. To publish CSR Initiatives reports for larger dissemination and policy advocacy. 7. Design Strategic and execution plan for CSR Activities and Programmes for socially disadvantaged sections of the Society in Maharashtra State. 8. Additional Roles and Responsibilities/works as assigned by the DG, BARTI.

Knowledge of sector skill council ,Skill Gaps in various sectors and Skill Development Training through reputed Training Institutes/Training Service Providers. 4. RolesandResponsibilities

1. Conduct Secondary research to find out job drive courses and formulate the execution plan through highly reputed TSPs who can ensure placements of trainees. 2. Devise questionnaires to test the aptitude of SC youth for particular skill development. 3. Formulate policy guide lines for identification of Training Providers for skill development & able to frame new guidelines as per the requirement of industry need.

4. Devise strategy to facilitate micro finance eto the skilled candidates for self-employment in consultation with financial institutions and banks. 5. Establish strategic relationships/partnerships with Financial Institutions, Banks, NGOs, Skills Training Providers, Corporates and Industries for mobilizing, training, course designing, evaluation and placements of SC youth. 6. Consolidate and update existing best practices in the field of skills development by studying the skill development initiates in other states or country. 7. Prepare year-wise and sector-wise Action Plan keeping in view the objectives and budgetary provisions. 8. Develop management plan and a frame work for regular evaluation of program outcomes. Continuous working on the process to develop economical efficient management system and decide the frame work accordingly. 9. Design operational matrix and evaluation criteria for „Kaushalya Vikas Doots‟ for monitoring, operations and evaluation.

10. Be proactive for any additional Roles and Responsibilities /works assigned by the DG, BARTI.

1. Supervise and monitor the project for Caste Scrutiny Cases Scanning, Digitization, Indexing and Archiving. 2. Coordinate with all the Caste Certificate Scrutiny Committees in Maharashtra on behalf of the Director General, BARTI,the Chief Coordinator for the Caste Scrutiny Committees in the state. 3. Supervise and monitor the computerization of castes crutiny committees and involve with all IT initiatives instructed by DG, BARTI. 4. Manage computerization & software related matters of BARTI &all the Caste Certificate Scrutiny Committees in Maharashtra. 5. Deal with requests and demands related to Infrastructure and Facilities required for the Caste Certificate Scrutiny

Committees and BARTI. 6. Assist DG, BARTI for Computerization of Caste Scrutiny committees and BARTI to implement the software and for MIS system and for coordination, administrative control of Scrutiny Committees. 7. Assist DG in maintaining project schedules, work break down structures (WBS), issue/ decision logs, meeting summaries and status reports to ensure effective,ongoing communications across all team members. 8. Design tools,reports,charts and graphs to provide ongoing, at-a-glance summaries of project status and application prototype performance. 9. Roles and Responsibilities

:

1.

To manage, organize, supervise, monitor and evaluate BARTI‟s initiatives and activities pertaining to Special Projects for „Samata Year‟ and others related to Social Justice, Equity, Removing the caste bias, developing scientific temperament and brotherhood, Training of youth, Removal of superstitions, etc and the related activities of BARTI.

To successfully liaise and develop network and connections with Government Institutions, PRIs, Public Sector Undertakings / Corporate Bodies / Private Organisations / Institutes / Bodies, Industry partners and Associations.

Developing Web page materials, print & e-newsletters, social media content, short films and documentaries, etc.

Identification of specific issues in equity social justice and development of socially disadvantaged sections, and youth trainings which need publication / translation / edition

Note: The Director General of Institute reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of vacancies mentioned above. 1. Candidates are required to prepare a comprehensive Write-up and make Power Point Presentation (PPT), on the subject pertaining to the position the candidate has applied and how will the candidate discharge his duties keeping in view his roles and responsibilities narrated below the position the candidate has applied. 2. If a candidate desires to apply for more than one position, he/she must apply for each position independantly. Only shortlisted candidates will be informed to appear for Interview. Such shortlisted candidates will be informed by SMS / Phone / E-mail about their selection for Interview. Candidates NOT ELIGIBLE should not apply and should not waste their time and energy. Such candidates will not be called for interview. The candidates declared eligible and shortlisted should appear for Interview on the designated date and time at the address intimated by BARTI. 3. The Candidates are required to bring original documents/ testimonials of the Educational Qualifications, Experience Certificates, Caste Certificate, Nationality Certificates and Indian National Passport, PAN and / or other Identity Card and submit photocopies of the same at the time of interview. 4. Candidates are required to paste two copies of passport size photographs on prescribed “Application Form” before presentation and interview. 5. Candidates will have to bear the cost of their Travel, Food and other expenses. The Institute will not bear any expenditure, whatsoever, incurred by the candidate to appear for the Interview. 6. The selected candidate will be allowed to resume duties only after he/she agrees to the terms and conditions and submit the contract duly signed to the Registrar, BARTI, Pune. 7. For the selected candidates, the contract will be subject to evaluation of performance during the first three months and contract may be extended if performance is found satisfactory. However, the Director General, BARTI, Pune reserves the right to terminate the services of the candidate on any day without any prior intimation and /or without giving any reason whatsoever. In case of deserving candidates (after having observed their outstanding competence and merit) a rise of 15% on the consolidated honorarium can be given after the period of three months from the date of joining. 8. All the rights related to the notification, selection, termination, etc. are reserved with the Director General, BARTI, Pune. 9.
